CCTV Drain Inspection & Survey

We perform CCTV Inspection Surveys For

– CCTV inspection for blocked drains
– Pre-purchase surveys for homebuyers
– Build over surveys for planned building works
– Post building works surveys

For each CCTV survey you will receive a report to MSCC5 standard which will contain:

– Written covering letter with recommendations if applicable
– Site drawing of the inspection
– The report with CCTV images

In some customers just require an inspection with no report which we are happy to provide.

We always recommend cleaning the drains prior to the CCTV survey as this will provide a better quality report.

How we charge

Domestic:
£150 + VAT up to 30 meters
(Optional Pre-Jet £70 + VAT)
£250 + VAT from 31 – 60 meters
(Option Pre-Jet £130 + VAT)

Commercial:
Same as domestic. For larger jobs we charge:
Half Day £400 + VAT
Full Day £800 + VAT

We are an owner managed business who aim to provide a personal and professional service. As such we are able to price competitively when compared to nationwide businesses who outsource work to local contractors.

We use the latest technology in terms of equipment for unblocking drains and software when we complete CCTV drainage surveys.

All of our engineers are fully trained and uniformed and covered by our comprehensive business insurance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, we are a VAT registered business but all our quotes are inclusive of VAT so there is nothing to add to the prices we quote you.

Will I get a Guarantee?

We guarantee our workmanship so that you have complete peace of mind when we leave the job. Naturally if future blockages are caused by actions that are not under our control these will be chargeable.

Are blocked drains covered under my buildings insurance?

You will need to check with your insurers, but we can issue a report that can be used in a claim. If there are additional remedial works required we can provide full costings.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Hornchurch, Essex and cover the immediate areas in London and much of Essex. If you are unsure if we cover your area, simple get in touch and we will let you know.
